A Notch Above Photography Club

April 10th 2021

Tim kicked off the April 10th Zoom meeting for the Notch Above Photo Club with Bill, Bob, Mary, and Scott on hand.

Each member took a few minutes to describe their photo related activities since we last met.

Bob reported a current treasury balance of $463.68.

Scott’s image “Red Rose” was selected as winner of the NAPC monthly photo contest.

Bob described some of the various uses for Picasa (image organizer and image viewer for organizing and editing digital photos).

Each member then demonstrated their post processing edits to an image of the reservoir at Sterling, MA.  Members agreed to make this type of exercise a recurring agenda item.

Tim showed a video which demonstrated how Blending Mode Linear Light can be effectively used. Following that Tim showed a video by Blake Rudis titled “Sky + Reflection Replacement.”  https://f64academy.com/sky-reflection-replacement/
