• General discussion:
  • Time lapse photography & shutter life
  • Solar eclipse in August
• Meeting minutes

  • Minutes can be short & bulleted
  • Mary, Tim, Bob T. & Scott volunteered to do in rotation
• Discussion about (continued?) use of Meetup
  • Current Meetup subscription expires Sep. 30^th ($60 for a 6 month renewal)
  • E-mail non-attendees; repeat survey re day & time, interests
  • Could use our web site instead
  • No Meetup volunteers for co-organizers; if none by Sep., cancel Meetup
  • Perhaps an executive committee to keep organizational discussions short
• Scott: Web site update
  • Photos cycle on home page; members need to upload best photos for home page
  • Members can also upload photos to their member page (instructional handout)
  • Scott will work on bi-directional emails & difficulties with how web site displays
  • Increase home page title to H1 and other steps to maximize Google visibility
• Scott: Pre Shoot Checklist – member suggestions; “very helpful”; will be offered in 5×7 format
