Minutes
November 14 2020
The meeting convened at 1:00 with the following members logging in with Zoom: Tim, Mary, Bob, Scott, Bill, John, Mike, Ron, and Brooke. During the first few minutes we attempted to resolve a video problem for Brooke but were unsuccessful.
Tim explained that the purpose of this first NAPC Zoom meeting was to get members comfortable with the Zoom interface and for members to get reacquainted.
Scott briefly explained several Zoom menu settings and options such as how to raise your hand, sharing a screen, using mute, etc.
Each member then provided a self introduction to include any involvement with photography since our last meeting in March. Members were given the opportunity to share an image with kudos going out to Bill, Brooke, Mary, and Ron.
Bob presented a Treasurer’s Report indicating a present balance of $345.53. Also discussed were membership dues which will be collected after the start of the new year.
Members indicated an interest in continuing the Monthly Photo Contest. The topic for Nov – Dec will be “Open” and “Landscape with Snow” for Dec – Jan. It was decided that the annual winner will receive $25.
The meeting adjourned at 3:30 with all members agreeing to continue monthly meetings with Zoom.
