Attendees:  Tim, Mary, John, Bob L., Dave, and Scott.  We were pleased to welcome our newest member, Mary Misiaszek.
As usual, each member spoke briefly concerning recent photo related activities.
Tim opened the discussion by mentioning the subject of future organization.  This will be discussed at a future meeting when more members are present.  Tim presented a document which listed various recurring administrative tasks and asked members to volunteer for club related responsibilities, such as Meetup announcements.  Tim is asking for more member involvement in sharing the admin workload.
Dave delivered an informative briefing related to long exposure photography and the “Monet Effect”, along with images to illustrate various talking points.
John asked about the most efficient means to invite club members to participate in a short notice field trip.  It was suggested that use of the Member Email page with send to “Everyone” would work best.
Tim delivered a presentation regarding hyperfocal distance which is how to take a picture while ensuring maximum depth of field.
Scott briefed members on the procedure to upload images and text comments to their member page.   A new menu item, Useful Documents, has been added to the ANAPC web site.  In the future, members can refer to this page to download various documents such as today’s presentation by Dave, Tim, and Scott.
