A Notch Above Photography Club MinutesJune 14, 2025 The meeting began at 1:00 with Bob and Tim pinch hitting for Bill during Bill’s brief absence. Also on hand were Clay, Mary, Tim, Lynn, and Scott. We began with an open discussion and mention of any camera related endeavors. Scott mentioned that we consider having a NAPC picnic and suggested the Wild Wood Picnic area in Easton (https://stateparks.com/wildwood_campground_in_new_hampshire.html). Picnic areas in Littleton and Bethlehem to include Zealand (https://www.outdoorproject.com/united-states/new-hampshire/zealand-campground-and-picnic-area) are also a possibility. We’ll talk more about this in July. Bob reported a treasury balance of $974.81. The photo challenge was next with Mary’s well-thought-out (cropped) edits of a mountain scene receiving favorable comment. Monthly Photo Contest (subj: Macro) Scott emerged as winner with his image ‘Dandelion Macro.’ Bill conducted a session titled ‘Raw vs Jpg: From Capture to Print which was well received. The photo contest topic for July is ‘Open.’ We adjourned at 3:15.
